Where are you located?
We're proudly US-based, and we print right here on American soil...out of Florida and Texas, to be exact. For our friends outside the States, we're teaming up with printers around the world so when we begin shipping internationally, your order will get to you without the painful wait.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we're only shipping within the United States. We're working on bringing Dog Folk to the rest of the world soon, because great dogs and their people are everywhere. Stay tuned! 🐾
In the meantime, US orders ship for a flat rate of $4.75 and if your order hits $75 or more, shipping is on us. 🐶 Free shipping equals more money for dog treats so everybody wins. 🦴
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yep! Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with everything you need to follow your package all the way to your front door.
What materials are your products made of?
We use high-quality, comfy materials for all our tees. They're soft enough for cuddles, durable enough for playtime, and gentle on the skin. Exact materials may vary depending on the item, but you’ll find the details on each product page.
